Registration is now open for the Australian Public Health Conference 2025. Below is an outline of registration types and costs. ​​​Earlybird registration will close on 30 June 2025.

F2F Registration Inclusions

We will be providing you with our traditional three day conference format, which includes live plenary and concurrent sessions.

 

Delegates will also be able to attend the welcome reception and visit the exhibition booths located at the venue. In addition to the face-to-face components you will also have access to the plenary hub.​

​

Tickets to the dinner will be available to purchase for $85.00 per person and will go on sale in July. People who have registered will be notified when tickets go on sale.

 Please note:​

  • All prices are in AUD and GST inclusive.

  • If you are registering as a full time student, you may be asked to show evidence of your full-time student status. 

  • To be eligible for the member rate you must be a current member of the PHAA.

  • Face-to-face delegates will also receive full access to the 'Plenary Hub' as part of their registration.​

Plenary Hub Registration Inclusions

The Public Health Association of Australia's new virtual conference experience the 'Plenary Hub' will replace the previous hybrid conferences.

​

The plenary hub experience will include the below:

  • Live streamed plenary sessions

  • Written questions to keynote speakers through the live Q&A function

  • Plenary session recordings available on demand for 3 months following the conference

  • Delegate hub (ability to connect with other delegates)

  • Sponsor & exhibitor information

 

The plenary hub experience will not include:

  • Recorded or live concurrent sessions

  • Sponsor & exhibitor interaction

  • Virtual networking sessions

  • To be eligible for the member rate you must be a current member of the PHAA.

  • No earlybird rate is available for plenary hub registrations.

Group Registration

Organisations are able to register multiple participants, via a group booking and invoice. This includes managing registrations and payments for multiple participants. 

​

As a Group Coordinator you will first need to create a login, you will then be able to register and manage attendees.

​

Please note; each attendee must register with an email address unique to that individual. Each registered email address will receive only one access pass to the plenary hub. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
